Issue: Redmond Path 1.0 does not start up

Question:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have downloaded the Redmond Path 1.0, but could not get it started; no error messages, just nothing happens.

Do I need to install some libraries (like .Net) or there is something else?

Answer:

Yes, you need to get .NET 2.0 runtime from Microsoft website --
